His journey, marked by a transformation from an MBA graduate to a strategic leader, saw him skyrocket sales as President of a Pella distributorship. At DeepGEO, Jesse’s strategic insights and financial acumen are vital in steering the company towards a sustainable energy future. Raised on a farm and driven by a philosophy of continuous improvement, Jesse’s journey to corporate success illustrates his resilience and adaptability. Experience

  • Founder, LifeCycle Meats (2011 – 2023): Founded a network of meat processing facilities that are owned primarily by local farmers and community members.
  • Founder, LimeSprings Beef (2012 – 2017): Founded a high-tech beef processing plant and facilitated the operations and deliberations of the Board, ensuring the fulfillment of the Board’s functions and responsibilities, and monitoring the work of the executive team.
  • President, Pella Windows & Doors of ME/NH (1991 – 2006): Sole shareholder and hands-on CEO of distributorship providing Pella brand products to Maine and New Hampshire.
  • Corporate Vice President of Sales & Service, Pella Corporation (1973 –1991): During his 18-year tenure at Pella, Jesse grew the company from $35 million to $750 million in sales. As Director of Subsidiaries, he was responsible for all company-owned distributorships as well as Inter-Development Corporation.
