Bio
Nick Bullman is a corporate finance professional with more than 40 years of experience across investment banking, capital markets, investment management, and corporate advisory. He is Managing Director and Co-Founder of Dogfox Consulting Limited (DFC), where he advises growth companies on fundraising strategy, financial modelling, valuation, investor materials, and access to debt and equity capital.

At DFC, Nick serves on the Investment Committee responsible for selecting corporate clients from more than 250 companies assessed annually. The firm typically undertakes 12–20 mandates each year, primarily supporting Seed to Series C companies seeking between £3 million and £300 million in debt or equity financing.

Earlier in his career, Nick held senior positions in international capital markets, including roles at Goldman Sachs and James Capel Pacific, and served as President of TIR, where he led the firm’s international expansion and development of its investment business. He subsequently held senior roles at E*Trade and served as Chairman of Investor Select Advisors, where he chaired the Risk Management Committee and led the firm’s eventual sale to Duet Group.

Nick has also held non-executive directorships with Zurich Bank and Dunbar Bank and has advised family offices and other investment organizations. His experience in capital formation, investment analysis, risk management, and corporate governance supports DeepGEO’s financing strategy as it develops large-scale nuclear energy and spent-fuel repository projects.

  • Senior Corporate Finance Executive, E*Trade: Led the firm’s corporate finance activities in Europe.
  • President, TIR: Led a global expansion programme and established the firm’s investment business.
  • Goldman Sachs, London: Held a senior role within international financial markets.
  • Director, James Capel Pacific, Tokyo: Led International Equity Sales and subsequently U.S. Equity Sales.
  • Director, Scrimgeour Vickers: Became the firm’s youngest director after beginning his career as an individual member of the London Stock Exchange.
  • Non-Executive Director, Zurich Bank and Dunbar Bank: Provided board-level governance and oversight within businesses belonging to the Zurich Insurance Group.
